TASK-OPS-104-04 · Task family
Contract-to-billing handoff. Agreement, signed quote, order, billing schedule and entitlements agree.
Overview. Make the order, billing schedule and entitlements match the signed contract.
A signed contract has to become an order, a subscription and a billing schedule. The draft billing setup has the right total but the wrong timing, and an entitlement is missing.
Revenue accounting relies on these records matching the contract. The agent fixes the order data; it doesn't book revenue.
Value to the buyer
Billing that drifts from contracts causes disputes and restatements. Trains line-by-line consistency.

Sample prompt. What the agent is asked to do, as a buyer would see it.
Orbis Retail signed a three-year subscription with ramped annual fees of $90,000.00, $120,000.00 and $150,000.00, billed annually in advance, plus a one-time $15,000.00 implementation fee billed at signature and the Premium Support entitlement. The draft billing schedule bills $120,000.00 each year, omits the implementation fee, and has no Premium Support. Fix the order so billing matches the contract.
Verification criteria. What the verifier checks, and how.
Ramp schedule
$90,000.00, $120,000.00 and $150,000.00 in years one to three.
Totals not the test
The agent doesn't accept the flat schedule because both total $360,000.00.
One-time fee
$15,000.00 implementation billed at signature.
Entitlement
Premium Support added to the subscription.
Change log
Each change references the contract clause.
Key failure modes. Where agents go wrong on this task.
- Accepting the flat schedule because the total matches
- Adding the implementation fee to the first annual invoice
- Missing the entitlement because it has no price
