V.01 · catalog/business-operations
Business Operations. Five business functions, one simulated company underneath.
Each environment runs on EnterpriseWorld, a simulated mid-market B2B company with its own employees, customers, suppliers, policies, approvals and audit trail. Agents work through complete business processes across connected systems, and are graded on the state they leave behind.
Because the world is shared, tasks can cross departments. A duplicate supplier payment found in procurement changes the ledger a later close depends on. Each training episode still starts from its own isolated snapshot.
Environments. Each runs on EnterpriseWorld, and each has its own datasheet.

01LedgerOps
Finance & Accounting
Financial reconciliation, exception investigation, accounting adjustments and period close, across simulated ERP, bank, payment and document systems.
Read the datasheetCore competency
Complete financial workflows without creating incorrect accounting states or bypassing financial controls.
- ENV-OPS-102Custom build
02ProcureFlow
Procurement & Accounts Payable
Purchases, supplier onboarding, invoice discrepancies and approvals across procurement, supplier, purchase-order, payables and approval systems.
Read the datasheetCore competency
Execute multi-party business transactions while preserving procedural and financial controls.
- ENV-OPS-103Custom build
03CaseDesk
Customer Support & Service Operations
B2B customer service: inquiries, subscription entitlements, billing complaints, service incidents and credits, handled in multi-turn conversations with a simulated customer.
Read the datasheetCore competency
Resolve customer problems through the right actions, not just plausible answers.
- ENV-OPS-104Custom build
04DealDesk
Sales & Revenue Operations
Complex B2B sales workflows: customer requirements, pricing, contract terms, discounts, approvals and downstream billing, kept consistent across every system they touch.
Read the datasheetCore competency
Execute revenue-generating transactions correctly across interdependent systems.
- ENV-OPS-105Custom build
05ITServiceOps
IT Operations & Service Management
Internal IT for a mid-market company: service desk tickets, sign-in and SaaS incidents, device-management changes, access requests and change control, with tickets, identity, device and asset records and the policies that govern them.
Read the datasheetCore competency
Resolve employees' IT problems with the least disruption, following change control and least privilege, and keep tickets accurate.
EnterpriseWorld. One world spec, shared by every Business Operations environment.
- type:
- Executable RL training and evaluation environment.
- world:
- EnterpriseWorld: one synthetic mid-market B2B company with employees, customers, suppliers, policies, approvals and an audit trail, shared by every environment in this vertical.
- modes:
- RL training and evaluation, plus SFT trajectories on request.
- interaction:
- Stateful, multistep tool use, with a simulated customer, approver or colleague where the task needs one.
- state:
- Resettable, versioned transactional database and document store. Every episode starts from an isolated, seeded snapshot.
- tools:
- JSON-schema tools, with an optional MCP adapter.
- access:
- The agent sees only what its role, permissions and policies allow. The verifier works from privileged ground truth the agent can't reach.
- verification:
- Independent state assertions, action constraints, reference solutions and expert rubrics.
- splits:
- Separate training and held-out evaluation distributions.
- deployment:
- Containerized, isolated execution, with a private deployment option.
- engagement:
- Custom environment build and accepted task instances, with optional ongoing expansion.
- licensing:
- Commercial use rights. Exclusivity and ownership are agreed for each engagement.
Datasets. Business Operations data you can license without a full environment.
Each dataset is a separate deliverable. The matrix shows what each one contains, so you can tell a set of task descriptions from solved demonstrations, preference data, executable validators or complete environments. Every dataset is built to order.
