Who we are

Archytas AI is part of Deep Insight Labs. Deep Insight Labs is responsible for the personal information collected on this site. Questions go to info@deepinsightlabs.ai.

What we collect through the inquiry form

When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, organization, optional role, and your answers about the work you have in mind.

The form sends this to our team by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. The website does not store submissions in a database. We keep the email for as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and use it only to respond to your inquiry.

Please don’t send confidential or proprietary data through the form. We’ll arrange a confidential conversation first.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies. Visitors are told apart by a hash of the request, which Vercel discards after 24 hours, so visits can’t be tracked across days or across other websites.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect it. To limit spam, the inquiry form briefly keeps a count of submissions per IP address in server memory. The count isn’t written to storage and expires within minutes.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.
